The Site provides information about Doubly's publishing administration and royalty recovery services. Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

Services

Any services Doubly provides to clients, including catalog audits, rights data matching, registration, and publishing administration, are governed by a separate written agreement between Doubly and the client. These Terms govern use of the Site only and do not create a client relationship.

The Site and its contents, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Doubly or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "Doubly" and related marks are trademarks of Doubly KTS Inc. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use our trademarks.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
