Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 15, 2026

Doubly KTS Inc. ("Doubly," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit doub.ly (the "Site") or use our services.

Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you contact us, request a consultation, or engage our services, you may provide information such as your name, email address, company or artist name, links to your catalog, and details about your catalog or rights data.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described below.

Client data. In the course of providing publishing administration and royalty recovery services, we may process rights data, catalog metadata, and related business information on behalf of our clients. This data is used solely to deliver the services requested.

How We Use Information

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Heap to understand how visitors use the Site. Both set first-party cookies and record information such as the pages you view, the links you click, and general technical details about your device. Heap also records this Site and our royalty checker at pub.doub.ly together, so that a visit which continues from one to the other is understood as a single visit. We use both only to measure and improve the Site, and we do not use either to build profiles about individuals.

We advertise on Meta and Reddit, and to measure whether that advertising works we use the Meta Pixel and the Reddit Pixel on this Site and on our royalty checker at pub.doub.ly. Each records the pages you visit and certain actions you take, such as submitting the contact form, and shares that information with Meta Platforms or Reddit respectively, where it may be linked to your account on those services and handled as described in their own privacy policies. If you arrived here from an ad on one of those platforms, this is how the platform learns the ad was followed. We use the pixels to measure our ads and to reach people similar to our visitors; we do not otherwise share what you do here with either company.

We also use the LinkedIn Insight Tag on this Site and on our royalty checker at pub.doub.ly. It records the pages you visit and shares that information with LinkedIn, where it may be linked to your LinkedIn account and handled as described in LinkedIn's privacy policy. LinkedIn reports what we receive back only in aggregate, such as the industries and job functions of our visitors as a group; it does not identify individual visitors to us. We use it to understand our professional audience, to measure any advertising we run on LinkedIn, and to reach people similar to our visitors.

Google Analytics anonymizes IP addresses by default. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we set Google's analytics storage to "denied" by default, which means Google Analytics sets no cookies for those visitors and reports their activity only in aggregate, modelled form. Heap and the three advertising trackers do not support that mechanism, and they run for all visitors including those in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. If you would rather they did not, blocking cookies in your browser, or any standard tracker blocker, stops them.

You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, and blocking them will not affect your ability to use the Site.

How We Share Information

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, provide services to clients, and meet legal and accounting requirements.

Data Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the contact form on this site, or write to us at the postal address below. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International Visitors

Doubly is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
